Prior to that Tee travelled the world in lycra as a Nike Fitness Athlete speaking on the winning formula of focussing both mind and body to achieve success.
A ‘serial-achiever’ Tee has an impressive track record as an educator and motivator, starting her career in education, moving through three promotions in quick succession and a year’s secondment to the prestigious Laban Centre to becoming the youngest person in the UK to be appointed to train teachers. Tee then rose to the top in the health and fitness industry where she spent eight years as a sponsored Nike Athlete, became the first AFAA Certification Specialist in Europe, was nominated Fitness Leader of the UK and co-wrote ‘The Crunch’, a fitness book that was a best seller in 28 countries.
Tee was part of the training company Impact Factory for thirteen years, four at Director level. During her time at Impact Factory she created a huge library of work, designed and delivered programmes for an extensive client list and had a key role in training Partners and Executive Coaches, a process which takes several years. Tee has impressive experience of designing and leading a variety of training programmes throughout local and central government as well across the corporate arena and with small business and charities, this includes three years of co-ordinating and lecturing on ILM management courses.
In 2008 Tee joined LazyTown the global children’s entertainment company, and spent five months working between Iceland and the UK before the Icelandic banking crisis meant the work of the division she was leading had to be put on hold. Tee’s experience with managing change enabled her to help her team and the company manage this stressful situation positively and gave Tee added insight that she has brought to her work with individual clients on her to return to London.
Personally Tee is passionate about confidence, both having and sharing it. She has spent years perfecting a unique method to help people communicate and present with increased confidence and make the impact they want in every area of their working and personal lives. To underpin this work she devised and led a four-year mentoring programme to help raise confidence and achievement levels for school children. The programme was commended as Outstanding by Ofsted.
Working with Tee can really make a difference.
