How It Works
Each programme is tailored to the individual and can be a single focused session working towards a specific purpose or the programme can support development over a longer period.
You can work with Tee for one powerful in-depth session or over a longer period, six session courses are common initially. Many executives also like to come whenever they are presented with a new hurdle, others come regularly simply for a leadership ‘MOT’ - indeed some have continued having external support through Executive Coaching with Tee over a period of years and through a series of high level promotions.
