How It Works
Each programme is tailored to the individual and can be a single focused session working towards a specific purpose or it can support development over a longer period. Here a wide range of skills can be covered, including strong communication; influencing and negotiation skills; managing key clients and stakeholders; appraisals and performance reviews; delivering difficult messages; communicating at different levels in an organisation, including managing ‘upwards’; empowering others, assertiveness skills; confidence building and the ability to seize the moment and make an impact in a range of meetings. You can review your career pathway and specific challenges with a fresh perspective and explore a tool box of proven techniques to top up your own expertise as required.
You can work with Tee for one powerful in-depth session or over a longer period, six session courses are common initially. Many executives also like to come whenever they are presented with a new hurdle, others come regularly simply for a leadership ‘MOT’ - indeed some have continued having leadership support through Executive Coaching with Tee over a period of years and through a series of high level promotions.
