Motivational Speaking
Motivational Speaking
For larger groups Tee is quickly
able to transform huge impersonal venues into seemingly small and intimate spaces
Tee loves being a motivational speaker and has engaged and enthralled audiences at events worldwide. Speaking from 1993 to 2000 while she was a Nike Fitness Athlete, from 2000 to 2008 as Impact Factory’s lead motivational speaker and now in 2010 working with her own team.
Why Tee?
Always able to create an immediate rapport with audiences Tee can talk as easily to a group of five as to a group of five hundred. With smaller numbers Tee can work with the group on central themes as well as offering individuals the opportunity for coaching on specific issues. Each participant is provided each with a tailored ‘tool box’ of tips that suit their own personal style and are focused on the situations they have to deal with.
For larger groups Tee is quickly able to transform huge impersonal venues into seemingly small and intimate spaces. With lots of warmth and laughter delegates are eased into the topic, feeling involved and relaxed and having a strong sense that Tee is talking personally to them.
All Tee’s work is tailored to the clients needs, this can include
pre-course conversations with delegates, site visits and as many meetings as needed to ensure success. Often Tee has played a pivotal role in ensuring that a strong vision is realized and that months of carefully laid plans come together.
Knowing through experience that people respond best when the unique nature of their organisation is understood means that ahead of any event Tee will collect as much pertinent information as possible incorporating into her work, always ensuring the content is fresh, interesting and totally relevant to the interests and needs of the group. This approach is always very well received by delegates.
