Career Stories

Aspire Leadership

Tee acts as a Special Projects Director at Aspire Leadership, focusing on senior teams and as an executive coach.

Her solid and extensive experience has been built through working with an impressive client list – from emerging businesses through to multi-national companies, as well as governments and many important charities.

John Clare Trust

MP Barry Sheerman recently invited Tee to become a Trustee for the board of this charity, to help with the ambitious plans for fundraising and relaunching.

Nike Fitness Athlete

Tee’s Influencer role as a sponsored Nike Fitness Athlete for eight years, enabled her to speak to huge audiences worldwide on wellbeing and body fitness (and wear fabulous kit!)

The Smile Story

Tee’s Lockdown idea for A Smile Works in Every Language saw groups of people collaborating on translating her book The Smile Story into 12 different languages.

The project left a profound effect on those involved, spreading smiles and positivity far and wide. Five versions were released before a family tragedy sadly halted the work.

British Airways

The Influencing Programme Tee devised and ran for British Airways was so successful they asked her to train their staff to deliver the programme globally.

In recognition of this impactful initiative BA gifted her business class flights to anywhere in Europe.

LazyTown

Tee arrived in Reykjavik, Iceland, as Managing Director of LazyTown’s new Family Club in 2008, charged with delivering the project to 105 countries.

After five months the international banking crash sadly halted the exciting venture..

Sierra Leone

As a Leadership Expert for the EU, Tee played a pivotal role in helping senior government officials communicate a change in the way the country handled immigration procedures.

This work resulted in Tee being asked to act as a Special Projects Director for Aspire Leadership.

Tower Hamlets

Tee assisted Tower Hamlets Council, in London, to gain approved ILM centre status and was the principle lecturer on their ILM Level III Leadership & Management programme for the following two years.

Gherkin Guru

Becoming known as the Gherkin Guru, Tee edited and produced two guides to The Gherkin and gave talks at events at the top of the building for ten years.

Participating in a heart-stopping experience - stepping out from the 35th floor with the window cleaners, despite being scared of heights - is testament to Tee’s determination to succeed!

Mentor Programmes

The mentoring programme Tee created for primary school children and trained mentors to run, was commended as excellent by Ofsted.

Tee has mentored many facilitators and trainers and, in her early career, was the youngest person in the UK appointed to train school teachers.

The Crunch

Random House approached Tee to co-author a fitness book. Tee was delighted (and it turns out naive) when her co-author offered to negotiate their contracts.

The Crunch was a best seller in 28 countries. The co-author got a new house in the Hamptons, Tee got a new dress from Harvey Nichols. #BigLessonLearnt
