I'm speaking for the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) at their 40th Anniversary event at the Gherkin. Everyone is receiving a copy of '360˚ at the Gherkin' and we have added a special message to the front page which concludes
I follow the magnificent Norman Lay (Sponsorship Chairman) on stage and am followed in turn by Stephen Timms (MP) who has lots to say about the importance and place of the FSB. Before I go on I chat to people about the building and what they can see out of the windows and I, in turn, learn lots about the achievements of the FSB and realise they are the reason the City of London has just paid me within 10 days of the invoice being presented (for the Tower Bridge view guide Baizdon is making for them). It's due to the FSB campaigning which has resulted in the Prompt Payment Code being adopted by government bodies across the UK. Thanks FSB!
