Tee has worked extensively as an Executive Coach and mentor throughout the corporate, government, charity and education arenas and has provided clear, practical support and in-depth expertise to a wealth of people for many years.
Her work is underpinned by her early coaching qualifications, by her five years of coaching training with a psychologist and by her own extensive business experience. Her focus now is on mentoring individuals currently in leadership roles, or about to step into them, and with advising organisations.

“We asked Tee Dobinson to manage and produce a fund-raising CSR book project for us. She was incredible. She dealt calmly and effectively with the 50+ contributors and a design team in Zurich, liaised with our charity partner, the NSPCC, on our behalf and regularly reported in to our CEO.
Tee thought of involving local school children in the book, a plus given the work of the charity, and controlled all aspects of production and printing processes. The project was brought in on time and within budget. As she always does, Tee added extra. She went on to arrange an exhibition of giant-sized images of the book’s illustrations, convincing a large Shoreditch Art Gallery to host a three-day show and Swiss Re to host a Private View. This increased funds raised for the charity and enabled 218 children to feel like ‘famous artists’.
